What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $20.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items:

We love baby gear, clothes, shoes, toys, books, boutique items, maternity items, outside toys, etc! ALL BABY GEAR MUST BE VERY CLEAN! We will not accept items that have stains, food, pet hair, or odors.

-All clothes and shoes need to be Fall & Winter only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please ensure clothing is free of oder and pet hair.)

-We will accept pants/jeans, long and short sleeves, jackets/hoodies, accessories, hunting gear, boots, backpacks, lunch boxes, athletic wear, sports gear, and shoes. Fold outfits together so your VIP Processor knows to hang them together.

-No stains, holes, or excessive wear.

-We will be accepting heavy winter, long sleeve shirts, holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, Halloween), fleece and other heavy material during this sale.

-All items must have working batteries and all parts.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, dirty items, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

Are There Any Limits?

We do not currently have any limits.

Please keep in mind, for the junior section, the clothing should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall and Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, the processors will not be able to enter them.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

* Recalled items

* Nonfunctioning battery-operated items

* VHS tapes

* Scratched DVDs

* Used underwear (must be new in package)

* Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear, Character, Squishmallows or battery operated)

* Stained, torn or overly worn items

* Items with missing buttons, broken zippers, or missing parts

* Used pacifiers, only new in package

* Crib bumpers (unless mesh) or Bedding larger than queen-sized (all bedding needs to be kid-friendly)

* Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented

How Do I Receive My Check?

Your Consignor check will be emailed via eCheck at the end of the event. Make sure your email is verified when you log into your account. You can print your check to either do a mobile deposit, or take to your bank!
